Getting Gear to Us

Pitch In For Baseball has two warehouse locations, our headquarters in Harleysville, Pennsylvania (just outside of Philadelphia) and another in Los Angeles, California.

We encourage those within driving distance of Philadelphia to come to our headquarters to drop off equipment and see our operation in action, first hand. If you’re not able to visit us, you can ship.

Those who live near Los Angeles can drop off at our West Coast warehouse between 6am and 3:30pm.   ** For Los Angeles, appointments must be made 48 hours in advance.  Please email Steve Bizon with your name, desired drop off date, and preferred time.

* Please note that we cannot accommodate unscheduled drop-offs at this location. 

 

We ask that individual donors or sponsor groups pay for the cost of getting goods to our warehouse. The cost for shipping gear to PIFB is tax deductible. Please keep your receipt.

If you have a large number of items and shipping them to us is cost prohibitive, please call and we’ll do our best to help.
